SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

The returned item must:

be unworn and unused;
be in its original condition;
be properly labeled (original tags attached);
be returned in the original packaging.

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 10 days.

An order can be cancelled as long as the shipping status has not yet been changed to “shipped”.
