30-Day Return Policy
You may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unworn and unused
- be unwashed
- be in its original condition
- include all original tags and packaging
This ensures that returned jackets and boots can be properly inspected before restocking.
To begin a return, email us at support@modeverra.com with:
- your order number
- the item you wish to return
- the reason for the return
Our team will reply with clear instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- the item received is damaged, or
- the wrong item was delivered
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending items back to us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If the returned item shows signs of wear or is not in its original packaging, a partial refund may be applied.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your jacket or boots for a different size or style, please contact us before sending your return.
We will confirm availability and reserve the replacement item once your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
