1. Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders delivered within Australia.
2. Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver orders across Australia only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

4. How long does delivery take?
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order is usually processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location.
Most orders are delivered within the stated delivery window of 4–9 business days.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
You can pay using your linked bank account, or any major debit or credit card.
6. What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We’ll immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. How can I return a product?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To start your return:
- Email us at support@modeverra.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You’ll receive step-by-step return instructions.
Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for your original purchase.
